Rapid Prototyping of Three-Phase AC Machine Drive System with Subtractive and Additive Manufacturing

چکیده

We propose a method for rapid prototyping of three-phase AC drive system educational purposes. The proposed allows college students to design and manufacture comprising inverters, permanent-magnet (PM) machine, controller, sensors within semester. process, which requires less than day, enables efficient iteration testing during the development process. In addition addressing electrical considerations, this study also addresses mechanical aspects system, including use coreless PM machines fabricated, using additive manufacturing technology, inverter utilizing an auto-milling machine. Finally, we provide details closed-loop control, based on sensor feedback regulate rotating magnetic fields output torque.
